Catering Team
My name is Rafal but everyone calls me Rafi and I am from Poland. I came in September 2004. So I have been here for 6 years. I am the Chef Manager. My speciality in the SPEC kitchen is home-made pizza and home-made bread. My favorite chef is Jamie Oliver.When I am cooking I like to listen to Nelly Furtado's "Maneater", Britney Spears and Ace of Base!. In my free time I like to change the colour of my hair (I've been blonde, cosmic blue, red, brown, ginger and black).

I am learning to drive as well. I bought a car and I can't wait to be able to drive it. Then I will have wheels to go with my taste in music! At the moment I feel as though it will be a miracle if I pass my driving test. One of my dreams is to one day manage a kitchen and be a really good Chef.
