| SPEC offers a lot of courses and training for its staff members. Amongst other things we had the opportunity to become archery instructors for which we spent four days of training with a professional archer including the assessment. It was brilliant fun to be outside on the range to learn how to shoot and how to teach or to find out about different bows and arrows and other types of shooting. Our new gained competency of teaching how to do archery can be used with the groups that come in but it is also something we can "take away", because the qualification is also accepted internationally | |
