Catering facilities at SPEC

SPEC provides all the meals during your stay at SPEC Centre or The Loft. Our Catering Team have been receiving complimentary feedback from groups for it's good food and choices.

The Dining Room in SPEC Centre can accommodate 80 guests and has an additional dining room for 40 guests.

Being part of the Community while staying at SPEC you will be asked to assist the Team with washing your plates and crockery and to lay the table ready for the nest meal. A fully equiped wash up area is available for use.

Small retreat groups could book into our Chantry Lodge where a fully equiped kitchen and dining room is available. A member of the catering team must have a basic food hygiene certificate
