| My name is Rafal but everyone calls me Rafi and I am from Poland. I am 24 years old and young at heart. I came in september 2004 and "oops i did it again" in 2005 and 2006. So I have been here for 3 years. I am a Chef Assistant. My speciality in the SPEC kitchen is home-made pizza and home-made bread. My favorite chef is Jamie Oliver.When I am cooking I like to listen to Nelly Furtado's "Maneater", Britney Spears and Ace of Base (but only when my boss Greg is not in the kitchen!). In my free time I like to change the colour of my hair (I've been blonde, cosmic blue, red, brown, ginger and black). I am learning to drive as well. I bought a car and I can't wait to be able to drive it. Then I will have wheels to go with my taste in music! At the moment I feel as though it will be a miracle if I pass my driving test. | | Hi! My name is Aleksandra, but my friends call me Ola. I’m 25 years old and I’m from Poland. I’m a beauty therapist. I arrived at SPEC in April 2006. I’m working in the kitchen with very funny and crazy people. Our team is very friendly and we also spend time together outside of work. At home, I have my parents and my sister Kasia. She is 22 years old and studies in Poland – we’re very close. I really miss my family. I like the sun and the sea, spending time with my friends and family, bicycle trips and watching movies at the cinema. I love listening to music, especially Bon Jovi and Polish music. I love laughing with my friends, Raffi and Valentina. When I have time, I go to the swimming pool and to visit my cousins in St. Albans. I really like animals – at home, I have a rabbit called Fifi. I sometimes like to be alone. I don’t like early spring (because the snow melts and everything is muddy), arguing with people, mess or when people are late. I’m very happy because I can be at SPEC. It has a really good atmosphere and everybody is really friendly and nice! | |
