To minister to children and young people in the Diocese of Westminster through:

  • empowering them to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today
  • fostering the total personal and spirtual growth of each young person in the diocese
  • drawing them to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community.
