Events at SPEC

In addition to our day and residential programmes for children and young people, SPEC is also the venue for a wide range of events for young people and those who work with them.  'Brightlights' is our flagship annual event: a 4-day festival for young adults and there are other one-day events such as 'X-plosion' and 'Fire at Pentecost'.  We also like to share our experience, arranging and running training events and organising conferences where those in youth and children's ministry can learn from and support each other.  To keep an eye out for forthcoming events at SPEC, take a regular look at our events diary at the link above.

Brightlights at SPEC
'Brightlights' - is back for 2008! It is the Diocesan Young Adult festival for 16 - 35s. The theme for this year in "ONE". It is being held 4th - 6th of July 2008. Join us for the event especially if you are going to WYD. It will be a chance to get together and prepare and have a lot of fun in the process!
